Refund Policy

If JobMaster doesn't work for you, we want you to get your money back. Here's how.

Last updated 2026-05-10. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we cannot exclude.

Standalone Local (one-time AU $100)

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If JobMaster Standalone Local does not work for you for any reason, email contact@jobmaster.com.au within 30 days of purchase with your order email and we will refund the full AU $100 within five business days. No questions, no friction. Your licence key is deactivated as part of the refund.

Online (monthly AU $50)

The Online tier is a monthly subscription. You can cancel any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. We do not pro-rate cancellations after the first 7 days of a month. If you cancel within the first 7 days of any monthly cycle and have not made meaningful use of the Service in that cycle, email us and we will pro-rate the unused portion.

Local Premium

Local Premium combines the AU $100 Standalone Local one-time purchase with a monthly cloud-sync subscription. The Standalone Local portion follows the 30-day money-back guarantee above. The cloud-sync subscription portion follows the Online cancellation rules.

When we will not refund

  • Charges that are 30 days or more old, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy (see below).
  • Subscription periods that have already been used in good faith.
  • Refund requests made after the account has been suspended for breach of the Terms of Service.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service has a major problem (it doesn't do what we said it would, is unsafe, or is significantly different from the description) you are entitled to a refund or replacement of your choice and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss. For minor problems, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion within a reasonable time. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or restricts your statutory rights.

How to request a refund

Email contact@jobmaster.com.au with the subject "Refund request". Include the email address used at purchase and (for Standalone Local) your order ID. We aim to process refunds within five business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Crypto-paid invoices

For purchases paid in BTC, ETH, or USDT, refunds are returned in the same currency. The refund amount is the AUD-denominated price at the time of the original payment, converted at the spot rate at the time of the refund. Network fees are deducted from the refund.
